If there was a heaven for long, sleek and gorgous sailboats it might just have to be Scandinavia. What with the Square Meters, Skerry Cruiser and the like.
I stumbled onto this little bit of boat heaven on the boatdesign.net forum. And the photo above was just the beginning.
But it just kept getting better and better.
We are not worthy.

Sailed into that harbor (first picture) in 1994. There's a rock in the middle of the entrance. A family on a rent-a-yacht whacked it coming in and the mom fell over the bow into the water. She was all right and we had a good laugh. Never forget the "BOOM" the keel made hitting bottom.
