Bolero Sailing into Fisherman's Bay, Lopez Island Washington

Turns out Skip, the brother of one of our mooring neighbors, took a sweet little video of Bolero sailing back into Fisherman's Bay last season, 17 September 2009.

Fun to see the ole girl under sail. It was blowing pretty nice outside so we took our customary second reef prior to reentering the bay.

Happen to be visiting Lopez Isl with inlaws last wk end ,and as we're sitting at the Lopez Islander, I was admiring an old heavy displacement boat working her way past the marina in light air when, Carol coments, how fast this other boat seems to be moving, glancing over I see it's Bolero moving along as if water resistance was none-existant.
Thanks for the uplifting view.
